Caroline Mills is a Consultant Maxillofacial and Facial Plastic Surgeon with a specialist interest in all aspects of facial cosmetic surgery and in the management of patients with facial deformity and facial trauma. She is also an NHS consultant at Wexham Park and North West London Hospitals.

Caroline trained in dentistry at Birmingham and then medicine in Southampton before obtaining the FRCS in surgery. Her higher training was in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at St Georges Hospital, University College Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and North West London Hospitals. She is on the specialist register for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After completion of training, she underwent a six month fellowship in Craniofacial surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.

Her cosmetic fellowship and training was undertaken at the nationally renowned Institute of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery at The West London Clinic. She has a wide experience in all aspects of cosmetic facial surgery including face lifting, eyelid and brow surgery, nose reshaping (rhinoplasty), chin surgery including the use of implants and genioplasty (bone osteotomy) techniques and facial implants. She teaches regularly on all these subjects including the non-surgical facial rejuvenation techniques (botulinum toxin/dermal fillers) of which she also has extensive experience.

Caroline is on the Specialist Register for Maxillofacial Surgery and is a member of the European Association of Facial Plastic Surgeons.
